Die ruhige Lage in einer Privatstrasse am Ortsrand ermöglicht ungestörtes Arbeiten. Die Küche und die Bäder wurden saniert und haben jetzt europäischen Standard. Die Bäder wurden mit Naturstein ausgestattet und sind purer Luxus. Alle Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden.
