A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, bright as a studio. Air heat pump with cooling function. The space is about 35m2 + a loft of 16m2. The Brunssi-lounaskahvila is located opposite, and there is also a K-market and a beach nearby. The house is in a quiet courtyard. There are stairs on the walkways. Wifi. Keypad, 24-hour check-in. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140 cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80 cm wide single bed.

All services and attractions, all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shopping centers and boutiques just few steps away. The apartment is new, the house has been built in 2022. In the apartment is king size bed, sofa bed for two people, spacious bathroom, nice and compact kitchen area. Table for dining and also laptop friendly working space.

The building showcases a modern exterior, featuring a blend of red and beige materials. A spacious entrance is highlighted by large glass panels that allow natural light to enter, with staircases visible on either side leading to upper levels.
