Villa Allegra Apt 2 · Retreat with Jacuzzi

Sei pronto a vivere un’esperienza unica all’interno di un bosco ma con tutti i comfort ? A pochi chilometri dalle Terme di Salice, all’ interno di una riserva naturale , si trova Villa Allegra. Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Country house

Located among the historic buildings of the small village of Fighetto, Casa di Mirna offers an apartment on two floors. You can take advantage of an outdoor space with a garden and wood-burning oven, enjoying the summer for alfresco dining. Casa di Mirna is a short walk from the Spinarosa Botanical Garden and is only 4 km from the "Bolle blu" water park, 15 km from the Seravalle Scrivia outlet and a 45-minute drive from Genoa. Bike rentals are available in the nearby village of Borghetto.

The Truffle House - Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Area

You'll have the pleasure of being the only guests at the property. Located in the Tortona Castle area, not far from the city center. The Tortona hills are an excellent place to taste Timorasso and Barbera wines, as well as a wonderful dish of tagliolini with truffles found by our Lagotti dogs. 1 hr from Milan and Genoa, perfect for those who want to escape the noise of the city. 30 mins.from Monte Giarolo for a day of hiking. 30 mins. from Serravalle Designer Outlet for a day of shopping.

Away from the city

An Italian cottage surrounded by nature in southern Piedmont, bordering Liguria and Emilia Romagna. Infinite peace: only three houses within a few km make the house the best place to retreat from the chaos of the big city. The house is equipped with all the amenities to make long stays comfortable. Guaranteed detox from social networks: INTERNET is PRESENT IN THE HOUSE, but about ten meters from the property you will be free of it. Great for spending quality time with family and friends.

Il Gelsomino House

Relax with the whole family in this quiet little house overlooking the green hills of the Unesco heritage Monferrato and for the clearest days, fantastic views of Monviso and the Alpine arc. Strategic location to reach Alba, Asti, Aqui Terme, Nice Monferrato and Canelli. For a relaxing stay we are located a few minutes from the thermal baths of Agliano Terme. The main services offered by the town, food, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy, are within walking distance.

Casa Antica

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Casa Cigana

Located in Tortona, the holiday home Casa Cigana has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. The holiday home offers a private garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Air conditioning is not available.

Delightful country house among woods and vineyards

The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Siccome li cortile comunica con il nostro consiglio di non fare la prenotazione se si ha un cane di grossa taglia per essere tranquilli entrambi le parti!
