Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Services included: electricity, water, gas, TV, heating and final cleaning. Furnished apartment for tourist use. Services on payment: sheets and towels (5 euros per person). Better than a hotel, a bed & breakfast, but with use of kitchen!

Hello The apartment was in line with the listing (100% photo compliance). Very well equipped (kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine), provided full comfort of the apartment - you could feel at home. Very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sea. A big advantage of the property is a private patio and access to private, free parking. The landlord responded quickly and answered all of our questions, and the check-in went smoothly and smoothly. Recommended apartment. Best regards,

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! Great location, very great view, completely escape-proof fenced garden. You'll get exactly what the pictures show. The historic hiking trail leads along the house and our dog had many people to welcome on weekends. Kitchen fully equipped, all very clean. NO Wi-Fi, but it is also in the advertisement!
