Great place, nice, space, very quiet. Good bedding. The pellet insert provides a very pleasant comfort. Of course the jacuzzi and sauna too! Completely enclosed courtyard with the option to bring in the car. Very well located: a few pedals from the sea or the marshes, possibility to do the whole island by bike going north or south. We recommend it!

Very good stay at Fériel's place, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The garden is peaceful and shaded with shaded corners. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. The host is very welcoming and cheerful. There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space. We recommend this listing!

We had the chance to have a nice stay, close to the sea. Well equipped and comfortable house, especially with the wood burner for winter evenings:-). And we were able to discover Saint Brevin and some surprises of Saint Nazaire (L 'Espadon...)

Jacques was very flexible on our check-in schedule not easy to determine when we have roads and little ones😀. The apartment is spacious and overlooks a west-facing courtyard, it's nice in the evening to have an aperitif outside letting the children stretch their legs. You can access the center of Nantes quickly with the inconveniences, the edges of the sèvre easily accessible as well as the Intermarché not far away for shopping. The sound insulation is not the most efficient so we hear a little from the neighbors above but otherwise nothing to complain about, the stay was pleasant.

We had a great time at François' very nice house which makes a lot of things available to his hosts, it's a real plus. The garden is very beautiful in this season. we also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and bike paths to visit the island. we will be happy to come back.

Very nice house, furnished with great taste, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque area, close to friendly places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

We spent two beautiful weeks at Jo's house. The highlight is the conservatory with the magnificent view of the sea. When it's windy, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the garden terrace.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

I had a lovely stay at Aurélie's apartment which welcomed me warmly with all the necessary information for the smooth running of the stay. The apartment has cocoon style charm, with a good height under the ceiling. It is located in the center, on the most commercial street in Nantes, which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!
