Our stay with Doriano and Raffaela in Solbiate, near Como, was simply wonderful. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and located in a quiet area - ideal for relaxing. Doriano and Raffaela were extremely friendly and helpful, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this place anytime!

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Very nice and big place to stay. Really great for a group or larger family. Communication with Mirko always worked at lightning speed. We felt very comfortable. Our highlight was the pool and the beer tap. 😊

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Cristina is responsive to requests and very kind. Very quiet and relaxing accommodation. Everything was great, it was what we were looking for both for us and our Kobe🐕, if possible we will definitely come back. Thanks Cristina, see you next time

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time at Matteos house. At check-in, we were very kindly received by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. A great place to stay! Thanks for everything!

I stayed for 3 nights when I started my new job at Cassano and it was very handy

We were 3 nights in the apartment. We enjoyed the hospitality of Emilio and Anna. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearby supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean, and tidy. We highly recommend that you have it.

I was very satisfied with the cottage and I really appreciated Barbara's kindness and availability. It's nice to walk into a place where there are little extra things put there for you, to make your stay more comfortable. It shows attention and a desire to make the people welcomed feel good.🥰

My friends and I felt very comfortable in the accommodation! It was very clean and everything worked great 👍🏼 Also, you can get from the accommodation super easily by train to the cathedral 😇 Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I can really recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation with a small balcony and easily accessible by metro. Unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but there was Ohropax for that:)

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! The local restaurant is great, the condo is perfect for a couple, and the neighborhood is truly special.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!
