Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. Dream 1 is an apartment on the 1st floor of a family apartment building. It consists of one bedroom and a spacious kitchen, living room and dinning area. The bedroom has it's own balcony looking to the west where you can enjoy a glass of wine and let the colours of the sunset play with your mind. The living room also has a balcony that allows you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
