Lois was fantastic from start to finish! Her house is beautiful and clean and safe. Definitely making this our go-to spot while in California! Only note was that the bed was very soft and we prefer a firm mattress but that’s all just personal preference. Such a wonderful experience!

This was a perfect stay for us. Super close to the freeway, restaurants, and city life, but at the house felt like far away from it all with the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was timely, friendly and supportive. House has plenty of towels, kitchen amenities, and LOVED the beds. This is a wonderful HOME and not just a bare minimum put together AirBNB. We were very happy and hope to stay here again on our regular travel trips to the area.

Perfect stay at the most perfect place in Jefferson Park. Jenna was an amazing host, responsive, accommodating and super nice. The house itself was exactly as described - clean, efficient with a beautiful outdoor oasis. Looking forward to staying again soon!

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

We had a great stay! Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He really did his best to accommodate all our requests, including letting us drop off our bags early and check in ahead of time. We really appreciated the effort and hospitality—thank you again!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Our place was clean, welcoming and check-in was seamless. Great area with plenty of restaurants, shops, walking spaces to explore and hiking close by. Would stay again!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

We loved this place! It was easy to get to and a lot of things were near by in walking distance. The host sent very clear instructions and a lot of recommendations of places to go to. I hardly had to reach out to the host, but when I did there was fast response! We would 1000% stay here again!

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Vanessa’s Malibu Vista home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. Vanessa went above and beyond to provide us with tables to use outside and help us to accommodate parking for our guests. We also had a barbecue to use.. There were 10 of us staying at her place and it worked perfectly with the two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom upstairs. Although it was foggy most of the time we were there we got brief glimpses of the amazing ocean view. There were also outdoor places to keep warm by the fire heated table.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.
