Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vieux-Habitants

A big thank you to Michelle who welcomed us warmly. There were plenty of little touches in the accommodation and we felt comfortable there from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is very well equipped in the kitchen, which is a big plus. Perfectly located 15 minutes from the Yellow Baths, so no stress for our excursion to La Soufriere at 7:30 am the next morning. The only downsides, which aren't really downsides, are that we would have liked the mosquito net above the bed as seen in the photos (but everything was provided for prevention) and no possibility of taking a walk in the evening without the car. I highly recommend this accommodation, you will be very happy!

A peaceful week in Danielle's house who is a welcoming and very friendly host! The exteriors are magnificent, the view is exceptional, the pool is very pleasant, the nature omnipresent. It's ideal for exploring Basse-Terre.

We 100% recommend this accommodation, faithful to the description, which met all our criteria. Very well located on low ground close to all the places to visit as a family. Corine and Fred were lovely to us and we were welcomed as members of their family. Beyond a holiday rental, it is a rich human experience that we retain from these few days on Bouillante. Listing matches photos. Spacious with lovely sea view. Comfortable room. Missing a few small amenities but the accommodation is new, it will surely be equipped over time. and this has not affected the quality of the stay. Away from the center, which allows you to be quiet, all amenities are a 10min drive away. Treword is a friendly and available host.

Excellent stay at Leo's. Quiet accommodation, ideal for sailing in lowland. The view from the pool was what we expected. Large living room, much appreciated with 3 children. Leo is very discreet. Thank you for the welcome.

We were very happy to spend our holidays in this cozy and pretty house with the super furnished outdoor kitchen and terrace. The very tastefully furnished room with the large comfortable bed is wonderful for relaxing and sleeping. The garden is a paradise: we could watch hummingbirds and butterflies and have breakfast with a sea view! It was fantastic! The landlords are very considerate and discreet, but always there when you need them. Thank you, we would love to come back!

The check-in instructions are very clear, the road, even if it is not smooth (like almost everywhere in Guadeloupe) is not super complicated at all, contrary to what we have read. Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

We had a great week at Estelle and Virginie's. The accommodation is new, perfectly furnished and in terms of cleanliness I have nothing to say. Our hostesses are super friendly, easily reachable and available. We enjoyed feeling at home. Regarding the location, RAS the accommodation is in a quiet area and is surrounded by everything you need to have a good stay (bakery, pharmacy, beach, supermarket and a few restaurants)... Moreover Basse-Terre is 10 min away. We will be happy to come back to you for a future stay, all the best 🤗

We arrived delighted by the place, after 1 week wandering / crisscrossing Deshaies and more broadly the whole island of Basse-Terre, it is with a heavy heart that we left this magical place. Hiking, waterfalls, snorkelling, cocooning, paradisiacal beaches... There is something for everyone and the accommodation will meet all your expectations ❤️

Great apartment to spend a week on low ground! The apartment is spacious, has a beautiful balcony overlooking a quiet marina and is air-conditioned 🙂 In addition, the location is ideal since the accommodation is close to a beach, shops as well as the main road N1 allowing access to the various places of low land, Henri was very available and attentive, I recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to discover Basse Terre

A superb accommodation, warm, clean and well decorated. It matches the photos and description in every way. It's just a shame that the neighbourhood was noisy at night.
