Farmstay holiday rentals in Vietnam

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

We had an amazing time at ZiZi's homestay. We loved being able to take part in an after school class with the local children and help them with their English. ZiZi's best friend Pang was a great trekking guide who we spent a lot of time with. The family meals were enjoyable, allowing you to meet some great people.

Cadre exceptionnel. Vielle Maison authentique. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes. Thu Ha est très réactive et amicale. De très bons repas sur place possibles. L’équipe sur le lieu est très attentionnée. Nous avons adoré la nuit au milieu de la jungle. A recommander pour les amoureux de nature.

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Cảm ơn gia đình chủ nhà nhiều vì sự tiếp đón nồng hậu. Phòng và ngôi nhà, cảnh đều rất đẹp, xung quanh cây cối, hoa lá được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng. Mình còn được mời trái cây tươi và sinh tố từ chính vườn nhà khi vào mùa, rất dễ thương. Những kỷ niệm đáng nhớ nhất của mình là mỗi sáng tập yoga nhìn ra núi, đi chùa cùng mẹ bé Leo, ngồi uống cà phê sáng,ăn khoai- bắp với cô Vân, và được chú chỉ cho chỗ hái mận, hái ổi siêu ngon. Dù đi một mình nhưng lúc nào mình cũng cảm thấy ấm áp và được chào đón. Homestay nằm trên đỉnh đồi (trên Google Maps tên Farmstay Dalat Lưu), vì vậy đừng nhầm lẫn với homestay khác cũng tên Avocado. Tốt nhất nên liên hệ trước với chủ nhà – chị Quỳnh (Quinn) sẽ hỗ trợ bạn tìm đúng địa điểm trên bản đồ và hướng dẫn đường đi, hoặc hỗ trợ đón nếu bạn đi FutaBus. Xe ô tô/taxi vẫn vào được đây dễ dàng. Nên có xe máy để chủ động di chuyển, homestay có cho thuê xe với giá 80Kđ/ngày (nên đặt trước). Nếu ăn tối, nên báo trước để cô Vân chuẩn bị bữa ăn cho khách (~40K/pax)

Villa is as described. The host was extremely responsive and we were VERY well looked after. Suong came every day and was very helpful. The washing machine broke on the day of our arrival so she took our washing every day and brought back clean same day. Great information and arranging of all our trips. Breakfast was great everyday with fresh fruit and tea also. To note: Accomodation backs on to rice paddies. Geese and roosters are extremely loud and all times day and night Hoi An in general is quite a loud place. Lots of beeping of horns! As with most places in Hoi An there were many levels so if you are staying on the top two floors lots of walking required. It is about 12-15 min walk to old town but few coffee shops and amenities within 5 min walk. Some of the showers start hot but go cold quickly. Seems to be on the higher floors. I have mentioned to the host already that there needs to be a comfortable communal seating area on the first floor for Lounging and chatting!

Our stay at the villa was truly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The property was absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location. We loved the pool and how spacious the place was. What made the experience even more special were the incredible hosts. Xuan went above and beyond to support our group, helping with everything from visa issues to reservations and local recommendations. Her kindness and hospitality was truly remarkable. We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend this villa enough!

Our stay at Nan house was spectacular. The hosts were extremely friendly and provided great recommendations as well as helped us book transportation to get to anywhere we needed to go. The location was a short walk away from the Main Street of Tam Coc. Bicycles were available and free to use. We also enjoyed a daily herbal foot bath and a delicious daily breakfast made by the hosts. Overall a great homestay to choose if you want to explore Tam Coc and the surrounding areas.

I spent 8 days at Kira, and I really enjoyed it. The home and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind, and really could not ask for anything more. The house looks just like the photos, it was perfectly clean, and I hope very much to come back soon. You will definitely need a motorbike to get around!

Difficile de décrire notre séjour chez may tellement il était parfait! Tant pour la réactivité des messages échangé avant la réservation avec son fils Cao ,que pour notre séjour chez May..Nous avons voyager chez may avec nos deux enfants ,nous avons pris les deux jours excursion en moto et randonnée ..nous avons rencontré sa famille nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison! le soir may et son mari nous ont préparé un bain médicinal pour nous détendre ce fu formidable! Les repas étaient juste parfait. .bref je dirais que si vous allez à SAPA le seul endroit où allez c'est chez May et sa famille ..le seul regret c'est que j'ai un anglais très médiocre et j'aurais voulu échanger encore plus avec eux.. Nous avons été bouleversé de quitter sa maison des personnes tellement accueillante et d'une gentillesse comme j'en est pas souvent rencontrer..J'espère revenir un jour!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jeżeli szukasz oazy spokoju w wyjątkowo tłocznej i głośnej okolicy to nie szukaj dalej, tylko rezerwuj jeżeli jeszcze są miejsca. Mimi jest ekstremalnie miłą i pomocną gospodarz, a śniadania, które serwują są pyszne. Samo Hoi An zarówno w mieście jak i w kierunku plaży jest strasznie głośne. Dom Mimi znajduje się przy polach ryżowych pomiędzy dwoma miastami, przez co będąc z boku jest odcięty od zgiełku okolicy i zasypia się przy dźwiękach cykad i kumkajacych żab, zamiast konkursu na najgłośniejsze karaoke. Miłym dodatkiem jest dostępny Netflix, który pozwolił nam na nadrobienie zaległości serialowych, z którymi mieliśmy problem w innych miejscach. Warto wynająć rower lub skuter, bo na piechotę do miasta jest około 30 minut. Dojeżdżanie rowerem przez pola ryżowe codziennie do noclegu to super wspomnienie, które zostanie z nami na długo.

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice and welcoming family and staff. Gorgeous farm with fish ponds and garden, not too far from the city but still An amazing country setting. They let me barrow a bike to cruise the neighborhood and also helped me with booking a taxi. Would recommend!

Nhi是一名出色的房东，在当天到来会主动联系，介绍古镇特色餐厅，房子很有特色，如果你早起将会收获美丽的景色，房子位与稻田roving chill house和古镇中间，如果步行都是30分钟左右/1.5km，这次周末夜晚古镇回来没有grab car接单，可以打摩托车回来。房间内部也是十分干净，很有indo-china风格，夜晚路边稍微有一点吵，但也可以接受，或者你带好耳塞。推荐来会安的住这里😌
