Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).

Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living and sleeping room with adjoining south balcony. Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

My place is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher. Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).
