Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vientiane Province

Great place right in the Center - Most walkable. Good value for money

There is plenty to say about Jean Louis and Vinh's place. The location itself is tucked away from the main road giving you plenty of peace and quiet, despite the occasional barking dog or rowdy neighbor. The dogs of our hosts are some of friendliest and will frequently chill with you. Prepare for mosquitos if you are prone to bites. Left behind an electric racket for the next guest and Vinh always provides other mosquito repellents. Our host makes you feel like you are part of the family, occasionally providing us with fruits/veggies, local insights, and pretty much anything else you need. Any concerns or questions are addressed immediately. Although the place itself is a bit rough around the edges, the heart and soul of it is strong. Lao hospitality at its finest. We were even offered to move to a different room if desired. Pics could use a bit of updating, as the garden isn't as lively as shown, not a deal breaker for us though. You grow to love the place eventually! Khobchai 🙏

This is a truly stunning villa with the most amazing design in Laos! Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the stylish interior to the coolest guest slippers I’ve ever seen on Airbnb. Highly recommended for anyone who’s used to a high standard of living. The villa is absolutely top-notch!

We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful private little house surrounded by mountains. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host is friendly, very responsive and flexible. Perfect for our little family holiday! Would 100% recommend!

We loved our stay at the sunset resort. It was the most amazing view over the lake watching the water buffalo and fishermen and the sunsets. The only caution I would add is that wifi did not work in our room at all and only kinda worked in the restaurant. So I wouldn’t recommend this place for digital nomads. But if you want to disconnect in a serene environment this is the place

First of all, the ice maker is a godsend. The private room was the best, no hesitation, no matter how much you want to play with. I definitely want to visit again.

The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay, from a washer to a small kitchen. The room was very clean. There's a grocery store right across the street and a cute little coffee shop right next door. The morning market and shopping mall are all nearby too. I definitely recommend.

Spacious and well located accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a stay class. It's best not to count on cooking because the equipment is basic.

Clean room. Big kitchen and bathroom. If don't have customers, host can make flexible check in or check out for you. So many instructions about taxi, Lou dry, food delivery etc. Really helpful. Before booking u can check room #6. It's your neighbor(can understand whether you will share the kitchen and toilet or no). Thanks for everything🙏

WOW , thats it in a nutshell. I've been to about 6 hotels and airbnbs in Vientiane and nothing compares to the homely feel i had when at Sanya,s place. Sanya was instantly so easy to deal with, communication was exceptional and quick. The space is nestled down a quiet laneway off the road in a small block of other flats. It's so handy to the riverfront area where you can go to night markets and bars and restaurants. It's also so close to the main city walking area where more shops and markets abound. The inside space is amazing with soft furnishings a brand new 55 inch smart TV and all the the things you need to cook rice, make coffee etc. A small outside kitchen at the back is gas powered with a washing machine. WIFI is fast. The bathroom is brand new the shower is great and hot with good pressure and the bed is soft and luxurious, it really is that perfect little nest away from home. As mentioned this has to be the best little stay i've had and well worth whatever she charges.

Modern apartments, windows overlook the sunset. there is a swimming pool and a hall. shopping center nearby. great location. The staff is very friendly and helps with any questions

I highly recommend this place! Lot of restaurants and beautiful temples just in front of the property. Cheap but great massages around. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly from the air conditioned, shower, kitchen, washing machine, etc. It was really easy to find the location with the address that Apollo gave me and even he booked a taxi for us when we checked-out, that was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Totally worth it! Thanks for everything.

Nice and friendly Thip, very glad stay here for almost one month. Nice place center in city and very near sanjiang market, good service for house keeping every one week and 12 bottles of water, feels good about this big house

Koumaly is a great host! Very responsive and attentive to her guests. The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Location was in a great spot near restaurants and the night market.

We had a great time staying at Parian's apartment.Parina, her family, and the staff were also kind to me, so I was delighted.Even if there was a problem, he responded immediately.The room was clean and simple, and it was just right for me to stay.We had a pleasant time, especially with a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.Also, there was an ATM, convenience store, and a small market nearby, making it convenient.The apartment is a bit far from the city center but I was traveling in a rental car so I was traveling in a rental car so it wasn't a problem in particular.

The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also a washing machine, which allowed me to have a more enjoyable and fulfilling stay compared to a hotel in the same price range. All my questions were answered promptly, which made my stay even more reassuring.

Location is amazing, solid WiFi (I work remotely), spacious, great AC, host and her staff are super quick in responding. I had questions about the LCR app and the stove and they helped me in minutes... Would stay here again for sure! P.s.: Didn't bother me but water pressure was pretty low which might be a general Vientiane problem to be fair.
