Incredible magical spot - almost like a mix between an apartment and a seaside cabin. It’s definitely rustic but it’s gorgeous, I had no issues and I felt completely safe staying there alone as a young woman in my 20s. The location is so so incredible, you can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, and wandering the old town and then coming back up to the apt feels peaceful and special . Host was super friendly and accommodating and everything was clean. Also so convenient that it’s 15 min from the airport. I hope to come back and would recommend ! Just be aware it’s a lot of stairs (4th floor walk up) for anyone with mobility issues.

Having spent a lot of time in VSJ, I couldn’t have picked a better location. Away from the hustle and bustle (ie, not near the cruise ship port and not jammed in the middle of a row of bars) but walkable to anywhere in VSJ, mere minutes to El Morro and any number of restaurants. There is a bar about a block away which had some loud roof top evenings but a pair of ear plugs and the AC running drowned out most of it. Everything is as described in the listing and pics are accurate. Camila was super responsive to my questions prior to our arrival. Easy and accurate check in/access. Bear in mind that you are at the “top” of the peninsula so home is always uphill. There are also three flights of stairs to the apartment door and then a flight to the living space once inside. This was not a problem for us, but for some it may be. All in all, loved staying here! It’s a very comfortable space with GREAT AC! And the million dollar view from the rooftop is worth tackling the spiral staircase for!

You can't beat the location of Joel's place if you want to explore Carolina and be just steps from the beach. We only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed. Cool, quiet, and safe—it was the perfect place to end our time in Puerto Rico. Tip for light sleepers: I always travel with a sleep mask and noise-canceling headphones, and they came in handy with the early morning sun and aiport departures. Not a reflection of the host—just a personal travel must-have.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. Beautiful home, location, safe. Host was willing, friendly and respectful. They were just a text away when needed. Home had an amazing terrace with a great view. Beds were comfortable and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

This is absolutely the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The floor to ceiling white was gorgeous, and everything was so clean! Even the washer & dryer. It is beautifully designed and decorated, exactly as pictured. We felt very comfortable and right at home. The hot tub was amazing and located with a beautiful view of the ocean, coconut trees, and iguanas. We were able to see the sunrise when up early enough! 😉 I normally don’t use anyone’s coffee machine, but I used the one here b/c it was so clean, and a delicious blend of coffee was provided. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. Alfredo even left a special gift, a bottle of Champagne 🍾, for my husband and I knowing we were in Puerto Rico to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico, and we will definitely be staying at Alfredo’s Bella Bahía 3. It is located close to so many of the suggested activities Alfredo gave us. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
