Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot in Old San Juan! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Would recommend to other. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs to carry luggage up and the AC is locked to a pretty high degree if you’re used to sleeping cool or like your AC at night below 69 degrees. Aside from that it’s absolute perfection! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location within Viejo San Juan. The home is well appointed and the owner has a great taste in design/furnishings. The patio was perfect. Only complaint was the windows that originally opened up to the interior in the main bedroom & living area now point into common areas of the apartments (they are barred and safe) & really amplified the sound. Neighbors were quite loud 2 of the nights til 2-3:30am so got very little sleep. Earplugs didn’t work - AirPod noise canceling helped somewhat.

I come to San Juan once or twice a year to get a break from the local climate where I live which can be a bit rainy and cool. I love San Juan as a getaway and this accommodation was superb as it was central to everything in San Juan, had a nice deck to sit on, had a really nice and properly stocked kitchen, and was overall extremely comfortable! The host Kiara would check in to make sure all was going well and was very responsive, I was really happy to have stayed here!

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

Place was amazing as it was very clean and well organized. The area around the airbnb was calm and quiet as well. Definitely will stay there again .

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Manish was gracious and hospitable. The accommodations were very comfortable and completely met our group's needs. We loved the vibe of the space. The decor and art work were well thought out and the Samsung Frame TV is something to see. The adjustable brightness mirrors were a special bonus for the girls in the group and we all appreciated having games available for our down time. We also took full advantage of the turntable and vinyl albums while watching the activity on the street below from the private terrace. On another note, we had the opportunity to tour the apartment one floor below us which was also beautiful and well-furnished with extra details including beach chairs, umbrellas and a great breakfast bar overlooking the city. Both units included full sized washer and dryers which definitely came in handy. We highly recommend Manish's accommodations to anyone looking to explore Old San Juan.

Loved our stay at the Angel’s apt! Host was very attentive, would check in regularly and gave clear instructions about checking in/out! Place was beautiful, neat and clean! 🎉Would definitely love to return again soon!

Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems, he was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work, he had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

My husband and I had already landed in Puerto Rico when our sleeping accommodations fell through. We were scrambling to find a new Airbnb to stay in when we came across Adrian’s place. The apartment was ready for us within a matter of minutes and we checked in within an hour of booking. When I say Adrian was extremely accommodating it would be an understatement. Response time was within a few minutes and Adrian was available to answer any questions we had and he even allowed us to have late check out! The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances and there was even a free parking spot in a gated lot which was a major plus. The AC and WiFi worked really well which made our stay more comfortable. The apartment had a fantastic balcony which allowed for a beach view and a view of the lagoon. The location felt very safe and was near the beach and food! Was a really great stay, hope to be back one day and would 100% recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
