Monthly Rentals in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Paloma’s flat. The central location is unbeatable, within walking distance to everything you might want to explore in OSJ and yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The rooftop shade and evening views were a welcomed retreat after a tiring day in the sun. I saw some reviews complaining about parking, but we had zero issues using one of the 24-hr garages that Paloma recommended, it was a 5 min walk from the condo which we did with a young toddler. Highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely wonderful time in old San Juan. Omar was the best and extremely helpful and responsive to everything that I needed. Location is great for walking and pick up spots for all the local tours. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay in Jairo's place and would definitely stay there again. We stayed for four nights. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants, sites, shops, bars. Old San Juan is very walkable and his location is perfectly centered everywhere. His place was super clean and cozy. He accommodated us with an early check-in, which was appreciated. He is very easy to communicate with. So glad we chose this spot over a hotel. It was great to have the option to use the kitchen and laundry right in the apartment. We visited over Good Friday and Easter, which are very popular holidays. The noise was surprisingly not too bad at all! We could hear some people @ 9-10pm in streets, but once we closed windows it was hardly noticeable. My husband did wake up a few times at 2am to loud people in the streets, but Jairo provides a white noise machine and earplugs which helps. I also wear a sleep mask and sleep phones which prevented me from hearing any noise whatsoever. Overall, great!!
