This stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as it was described. I would definitely come back to PR and stay at Samuel’s place. The house was very clean and was very spacious. If you are planning a trip with a group, I would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect and all the attractions and towns to visit were close by.

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Definitely recommend staying here! We were really impressed by the amount of amenities available! Everything you need and usually need to buy was provided. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had different seasonings, an ice machine and an air fryer, on top of the usual oven and microwave. There was a washer and dryer! We even used their beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Overall the place was super cozy and relaxing. You can see the time and effort that was put into the home.

We loved this incredible gem! Breathtaking views and so many beautiful spaces to enjoy. Carmen was very communicative and responsive. We loved being close to Luqillo beach and rainforest hikes! Guests should be aware it is a very windy and narrow road to get to the property which can be a bit difficult to traverse.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico! The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe we had no issues at all. The house was perfect for our family. The backyard pool was a great size, perfect for everyone to relax and have a good time. There was even a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside. Inside, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, including an ice maker in the fridge. The dining room had a beautiful table perfect for family meals. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were huge. The bathroom was very clean, which we really appreciated. Another big plus was the driveway and garage it felt great knowing we had a secure place to park. Overall, the entire experience was 10/10. The hosts were amazing they responded quickly to any questions we had and made everything super easy. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

This place was actually very comforting. There was a lot of construction noises and animal noises on the street which was the only downfall. The home was nice and clean with street parking. Overall it was mostly relaxing. There were no tv's in the rooms, just one communal television in the common living room with minimal seating unless you sat on the one sofa AND at the dining room table. I did wish that each bedroom had its own TV to avoid having to all use one TV. Other than that I would revisit this location in the future. And the host was amazing 👏🏽

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

It was my first time traveling on my own, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, felt safe. The instructions upon arrival were to the point and easy to follow. Clean apartment, even provided fresh towels 3 days into the stay. Hopefully if the chance happens to visit San Juan again I will definitely be staying here again.

Erin’s place is a perfect spot. Gorgeous layout inside and views of Ponce de Leon’s former house right outside. The bed was very comfortable and everything was as described. Erin himself is very responsive, helpful and kind.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

loved staying at Latitude House the location was great for accessing Isla Verde and the beaches. The house was perfect for my family plenty of space for everyone

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

¡Una experiencia increíble! El Airbnb Santorini en Puerto Rico superó mis expectativas. La decoración está inspirada en Grecia, muy elegante y acogedora. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y perfecto para relajarse. La ubicación es tranquila y cercana a varios puntos turísticos. El anfitrión fue muy atento y comunicativo. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

The ride to the house was easy and it was very easy to find and easy to make our way inside, parking was very nice gates open and was able to park car inside , inside the home was very homey and spacious and AC was very nice kitchen was nice living room and bedrooms were top notch! I had no complaints it had everything we needed! I even ran into a problem with the key! Messaged the owner and they responded so quickly and say no problem a new key will be comin within the hour and they did not FAUL!! I appreciated it so much very much worth the money and my 5 star rating!
