Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in San Juan! The location is unbeatable, you're close to everything. Just a walk away from amazing restaurants, shops, and cultural spots. The area has such a vibrant, lively energy, and it was the perfect base to explore the rest of San Juan. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed cozy, clean, and super well-equipped. The host truly thought of everything! The kitchen had all the essentials, there were plenty of towels, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. What really stood out was how easy the whole process was. The self check in was easy and the security guard assisted in anything needed, host was also responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I also felt really safe in the neighborhood. All in all, this place was a fantastic find. If you're looking to experience the heart of San Juan and have a comfortable home base to return to, would definitely stay again.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

We liked staying at José's place. The location was great with easy access to the beaches at Isla Verde. The ocean views from the porch were excellent.

This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!
