We highly recommend this cottage for reunions with friends or very large families. The cottage is beautiful, very well located, the environment is very relaxing. Even if our hosts are not on site, they are very responsive, if needed, by responding very quickly to messages. They are helpful and attentive. In short, you can go to Le Chambon with your eyes closed, no unpleasant surprises.

This Airbnb is a rare find! The place is clean, really well decorated and Mathieu makes you feel so comfortable … The village is calm and a great spot to start your travel all around the region.

Clean and comfortable house for 6 people. We had a very good stay, there is just the church nearby that rings from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Otherwise the garden and the house are very pleasant.

Nice and cosy stay in a lovely small village

A brief visit, but pleasantly surprised. Recently renovated to a high standard. There is a lovely relaxing living room on the 2nd floor leaving on to the nice bedrooms and nice shower room. very quiet area.

We had a great time staying with Eric and his wife. The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and perfectly equipped. It consists of a studio space with kitchen and bathroom, as well as a separate bedroom. The large bed was very comfortable, and we were able to easily install a cot as well as a mattress on the floor for our 4-year-old. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived, and although the weather did not allow us to enjoy it, the pool is a real plus! Hosts are available, welcoming and give good advice for discovering the surroundings. Note: it takes about 45 minutes to reach sites such as Puy de Sancy, Lake Pavin, the medieval city of Besse or the resort of Super-Besse. A quiet accommodation, ideal for discovering the region with the family!

We met Valerie, a warm and available host. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant to live. As described. Well-equipped for all ages. We had a great time with friends, with the kids. I highly recommend this beautiful place, to spend a peaceful time, both with friends and family!

Excellent cottage: amazing setting, well appointed accommodation, very welcoming host. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. You just have to know that you will have to take the car to reach restaurants/local activities, because the cottage is quite secluded (which is not an inconvenience however)

We had a great stay, the accommodation was clean, the view from the impressive chalet. access to the village is easy on foot. the place is very quiet and relaxing. I recommend to those who love nature to visit lavoute chilhac and its surroundings.

There were 6 adults and 4 children in the accommodation. It was very clean and spacious with the sleeping area separate from the living area which is perfect for letting the children sleep! My husband and I were there with our racing bikes. The spacious shed was ideal as a safe parking space and for maintaining the bikes. The amenities left nothing to be desired and the hosts were very accommodating. We were completely thrilled and can only recommend the accommodation.
