In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Welcome to a genuine Swedish cottage from the late 1800s, beautifully located in Sävast between Luleå and Boden. Surrounded by a river, forest and open fields, it offers a peaceful and natural stay. The cabin has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both holidays and work. Access to a sauna and exercise facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to the ski trail, river and bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.
