This 200+ sqm apartment has a sensible and practical layout, thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities of home. Downstairs is an expansive living space, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. Single fold outs are made in Italy with latex mattress, and are comfortable for adults as well as children. The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple. There are snacks, cereal, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as a litre of real milk in the full size fridge. Staples in the pantry are provided for your convenience. We can also help you organise a delivery from a supermarket, liquor store or florist to coincide with your arrival. Open late is IGA, Chemist Warehouse and a medical clinic all within a two minute walk on Sturt Street. The property has an outdoor pool and heated spa. We will meet you to provide access to the property on check in and at check out. Two onsite car parks, plentiful on street metered parking. Located in the Arts Precinct of Southbank, behind St Kilda Rd. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, NGV, VCA & ACCA all steps away. Federation Square, Crown and Southgate 10 mins walk. Convention Centre 15 mins walk. South Melbourne Market, Rod Laver Arena & MCG 20 mins walk. Trams, scooter hire & car share at the door. The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later! You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. You may be liable for cancellation fees if you book (including if your booking does not require our pre-approval) and do not meet this age requirement. Bookings made via AirBNB are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions which can be provided on request. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of our terms and conditions. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Our mission is to offer private and secluded luxury accommodation for visitors to the hills, including singles, couples and small groups, as well as showcase the work of our artists and incorporate it into the day-to-day life of the house. We’ve feathered our nest with work from some of The Jacky Winter Group’s world-renowned stable of artists. Car – Belgrave is a 45-minute drive from Melbourne. Train – From Flinders Street Station, catch the Belgrave train to Belgrave Station (it takes just over an hour). Jacky Winter Gardens is a ten-minute walk along a paved walkway from the train station. Jacky Winter Gardens is the perfect retreat for solo travellers or couples, but we are able to accommodate up to five guests: two in the master bedroom, two in the living room on the double-bed fold-out sofa, and one in the studio on a single sofa bed. Jacky Winter Gardens is now dog and child friendly.
