SeeApollo - 1920s Bungalow (7 Bedroom)

SeeApollo is 1920's Bungalow with plenty of character. The original wing of the house includes stunning art deco features. This 7 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home was renovated extensively in 2021. The lounge room and dining room include fireplaces for cosy nights in. The front garden is a great place to enjoy and get away from it all. Close to town - a short walk to Apollo Bay Main Street and Beaches. Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year.

Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Little Farm Accommodation

We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.

Conwy Cottage

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

CABANA SANDS (BUNGALOW) 450m from the beach

Our Coastal Boho style BUNGALOW is 450 metres to the water's edge of Koonya surf beach in one direction and an easy 10-minutes' walk to the calm bay beach. A two minute drive each way to Sorrento & Blairgowrie villages. Fully self contained with your own private garden & sandpit. 50 metres to the Koonya General store which stocks all your general needs. Sit back, enjoy & create life long memories.

Funky, fresh, self contained studio in our North Fitzroy backyard. HUGE top floor bedroom/living area, with bathroom, kitchen and meals area downstairs. Quiet street, close to public transport and all the hot spots of Fitzroy, Brunswick and Northcote. Entry either down the side of the main house or via the back laneway and a small open space with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
