The former tram station, "Vichères la Gare", is a peaceful and green place, bordered by a river and bodies of water. Its dock transformed into a closed terrace opens onto a large garden in which you will have the pleasure of rubbing alongside frogs, ducks, herons, water chickens... Nearby, you can enjoy many activities with your family: walks, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, horse riding, swimming, cinema, canoeing, and more. In the living room, a space is dedicated to remote work.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).
