In a large and quiet wooded park, they put at your disposal on the ground floor a large living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, all served by a large corridor. The floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 80 cm beds that can be joined, a bathroom and separate toilet. Garage available for bicycles, motorcycles.

The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A real haven of peace, our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The dining room and its cathedral living room with a large fireplace will make you spend warm moments with your family. The garden equipped with a hut, swing and slide will delight young and old for great days in the fresh air. Please note that we put a lot of love and energy into renovating our house, which is why some rooms are still in "their original state."
