HISTORY SERENITY AND LUXURY A STONE 'S THROW FROM VENICE We welcome you in an apartment of new renovation, in a building intended for tourist rental with luxury and vintage finishes, located inside the original park of a Villa Veneta, in a beautiful monumental area of Mestre, quiet, safe and rich in greenery in a context that inspires meditation and serenity, a luxurious alternative to hotel excitement and tourist chaos. The historic center of Venice is easily reached by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are 1-7 minutes walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the commercial area of the city with supermarkets and meganegocios. Villa Salus Hospital is a 14-minute walk away. The apartment of about 52 square meters of useful surface is on the ground floor, very bright, with access to a garden with porphyry pavement, flowerbeds and English lawn. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has an entrance, a large living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, sink, cutting board, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The living room is furnished with: an original Luigi Filippo fireplace in marble (which is not allowed to use), a two-step ladder with antique wrought iron parapet, a large round extendable wooden table, n. 5 chairs, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a sideboard with TV, a stem lamp, a laptop station, set of two round tables, a trolley. Bohemian crystal chandelier and Mesmeri wall lamp by Artemide, antique white lacquered doors with glass. Floors in “cemenine” Fioranese. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

Casa Finetti is a rustic structure with an attic, wooden bedroom floor and stone walls. From the ground floor you go up to the bedroom via a spiral staircase. The house is arranged on a ground floor and second floor, both 18 square meters. It's a simple house, without the maximum comfort, but it has the essentials for a mini vacation. Casa Finetti is not suitable for those who expect to find luxury. Casa Finetti is suitable for lovers of nature and simple things.

The Primula studio apartment is an excellent solution for single travelers or couples who want to spend time in nature while having the services of a small town available. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living area with fireplace and air conditioning. From the bright terrace you can enjoy a pleasant view. The Wi-Fi connection makes it ideal for remote working. A playground is available in front of the apartment.

Sweet Old Memories in Valpolicella

Along a road between vineyards and cherry trees, you arrive at the Medieval Court of Panego, an ancient rural court where the first historical signs date back to 1222. Here is our completely renovated house, while maintaining the original features. The room is on the second floor and is reached by an ancient stone staircase. To stay with us it is advisable to have a means of transportation. The access road to the court is not accessible by car with a trailer.

Appartamento Pescasio (bikes included)

This apartment is located in one of the most interesting districts of Verona, Borgo Venezia. Really close to the historical center, and connected perfectly with public transportation you could reach easily the historical center by bus or bike (bikes are provided). The terrace is a nice and quite place where to drink a coffe, have a breakfast or lunch/dinner. - Animals are unfortunately not welcome since we had bad experiences in the past.
