Located in the small village of Saint-Elix-Theux south of the Gers, the estate offers views of the countryside and the Pyrenees as they unfold. Also take advantage of the mild climate of the southwest to enjoy the moment .. Back to back with the house, the 'Gite du Momton' is fitted out in the old stables to comfortably accommodate six people .

The sheepfold

A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by forest. A tranquil location with the sounds of wildlife. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the original characteristics. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

A little jewel

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our petit maison situated in the beautiful grounds of our family home. The rental property is entirely separate from the main house. Picarroque is a situated on the edge of a small tranquil village, near to the medieval town of Lauzerte and many other bastides in the surrounding area. Also Moissac with its famous Abbey and cloisters is only 20 minutes drive away. There is an abundance of local markets to visit, such as Montcuq, Valence d'Agen and Cahors.
