Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Newly renovated countryside house The house includes a large living room of 50 m2, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Sheets, towels and tea towels are optional if you want ( extra 10€/pers).

Nice house in a subdivision, 1 min walk from a Carrefour Contact, 5 min walk from the bakery and the village city center. 15 minutes' drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 minutes from Le Mans. Beds will be made on arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an extra €10/person for towels (please ask me for them when booking).
