Located in a quiet and shaded place, our gîte is close to the center of the village of Saint-Perdoux, 10 km from the city of Figeac. This small single-storey house of 45 m2 with a wooded garden🌳, flat and fenced of 800 m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Newly renovated at the beginning of the year, the gîte is composed of: - a kitchen open to the living room - living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate powder room. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

We offer a fully equipped house, with views, above-ground swimming pool, Jacuzzi (to be booked, at no extra cost) and many leisure activities (board games, badminton, ping pong, football cage, 2 adult bikes...). Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
