We felt right at home from the first minute and it was fantastic to spend a few days with the family in the Region of Veratton. The Hobbit house has more than met our expectations, every level of detail, both inside and outside, of book. You see at first glance all the affection they have put on the project, it is to praise their involvement and effort. Without a doubt, of the best trips we have taken, in our case "a long-awaited trip", in which we have left a piece of our heart in the region. Congratulations to the hosts for their work.

We are a family from Madrid and spend a spectacular weekend at Ana's house. The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with a tranquility that disconnects you completely. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for cooking like at home, and the beds are super comfortable, with very good quality mattresses that allowed us to rest perfectly. Also, the fireplace was the perfect touch for cool nights, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of nature and surrounded by greenery, which allowed us to enjoy relaxing walks and disconnect from the city. Definitely a place we would love to return to. ¡Thank you Ana, for being an excellent host and for taking care of every detail!

In Japanese there is a word that defines this home: Anaba. It means “hidden gem that only locals know”. And in my vocabulary, a “going” would be something I would only share with a minimum number of people, to be able to keep it for me as Gollum. The house is such a unique place, it's hard to do justice with descriptions or photos. And the magic it has cannot be understood without experiencing it. It's not just the decor, the views, the silence, or the surroundings. It is the love and personality of Emma and Caesar that make it a true Anaba. A place where you feel free, welcome and at home. And you want me to stay for you so I can always go. Morning times and evenings of pottery putting the world in order with Caesar, the greatest privilege in a long time. I'm not going to fall for descriptions that make this place one more place. It is an Anaba, that you can only understand when you live it. And if you live it and don't understand it, a hug to you.
