Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Antonio and his family are wonderful people made us feel like family.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The family felt relaxed and happy the moment that we arrived, met our hosts and settled into our stay! Our hosts were kind and generous people, who left a basket of the farm produce for us to eat. It was delicious! Grazie! Absolutely perfect whilst in Gaeta. We did 6 nights and could have stay longer. Restaurants close by, beach is only a 20 minute walk. Perfect

Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

The house is a real gem: exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. But above all, silence reigns: total peace. Giovanni, the owner, is fantastic: always attentive to our needs, helpful and a really pleasant person to talk to. If we give the house 5 stars, the garden definitely deserves 10 stars...simply wonderful. An ideal place for those looking for relaxation and wanting to enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Through a very steep, narrow road we reached the house. What an amazing place! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Beautiful garden. Okay, the shower is tight, but that's fine. And Vincenzo goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Within 10 minutes we are in Gaeta. And the less touristy Formia also has a surprisingly beautiful old center. We had 3 wonderful days.

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

We felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment. The check-in was very pleasant and we also immediately received tips for activities and restaurants in the area. As a further plus, I would like to emphasise that a high chair was provided to us on request. We will be happy to come back.

Christina’s place was lovely! Very close to the beach and some cafe’s nearby. Love the way it was decorated and beds were pretty comfortable, not exceptionally comfortable. There was not any body wash provided but other than that everything was well stocked.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So, safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe area. We especially liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold for showering with a baby after the beach. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is already a bit noisy). Always happy to stay again :)

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Giuseppe and his family offered us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home from the very start. Beautiful house and outdoor space, equipped with many games for our little one. Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). A 10-star stay with honors.

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We have already been to Silvia and Alessandro's place for the second time. Everything was perfect and we were sad that we had to leave again. The two are very nice and extremely helpful hosts and the house is beautiful.
