The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

We had a lovely stay in Stresa. The apartment looks just like the photos and has been beautifully renovated. There are many restaurants and shop close by, and there is a large playground with sandy beach that our children enjoyed. Sometimes we had to wait for a parking spot to open up at the public lot across from the house, but not too long. The elevator access to the apartment was well appreciated. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing place! The hosts took care of every little detail during the renovation and decoration of this place. A fully equipped place that will meet the expectations of the most demanding travelers. Overall this is a clean and nicely renovated apartment with a gorgeous view. Very clear video instructions on how to access the place. Johnny was responsive and helpful during our stay - which was pleasant and enjoyable. Local recommendations and more specific instructions re: parking would be helpful prior to arrival. As an added consideration, especially if you have children: the apartment is up high and the walk to and from town is steep and on narrow streets with traffic.

Beautiful quiet house on the heights of Lake Maggiore. Exceptional renovation combining highlighting old heritage and standard modern comfort, the house is very pleasant to live in, especially with small children. Terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby many places of interest in a bewitching area. Great communication with Megan and Tomas.
