Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

We had a lovely stay in Stresa. The apartment looks just like the photos and has been beautifully renovated. There are many restaurants and shop close by, and there is a large playground with sandy beach that our children enjoyed. Sometimes we had to wait for a parking spot to open up at the public lot across from the house, but not too long. The elevator access to the apartment was well appreciated. We would definitely recommend.

[Stresa - Relax] Lago Maggiore - WiFi - A/C

The apartment was modern, sizable, and very clean. It was well equipped for a comfortable stay. It should be noted that although it is less than a mile from the city center of Stresa, it is by way of very steep paths/roads and would not be recommended if you have baggage or for those who are not very fit. You definitely don’t want to make the walk multiple times per day, but if you have a car, no problem. There is a taxi service that you can call if you have baggage and need to go to or from the train station. The apartment was very beautiful though and we enjoyed our stay.
