Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Un refuge au cœur du Cézallier, face aux monts du Cantal et à l’immensité, où tout invite à ralentir : silence, lumière, grands espaces. Perchée à 1 200 mètres dans les estives, ce gîte d'exception, ancien bâti des années 50, est très confortable. Restauré avec soin, l’essentiel a été préservé : lumière, volumes. Où que vous soyez dans la maison, le paysage s’impose. Bow window, véranda panoramique et fenêtres cadrent reliefs, nuages, variations de lumière. Ici, on vit avec l’extérieur.

The house was completely renovated from the end of 2021 to July 2022 and has all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, stylish and luxuriously furnished, comfortable box spring beds and fast WiFi. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed. There is also a baby bed on site. Come and relax in the heart of the Massif Central, nature and all summer activities await you.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
