La Mare aux Loups is a 19th-century Normandy house, full of character, with a 1,500 m² enclosed garden, close to Étretat, the sea and Yport. Situated on the edge of the forest, it offers a natural oasis just a few minutes from the beaches and cliffs of the Côte d'Albâtre. Recently renovated, it features four bedrooms, including a master suite, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, and a welcoming kitchen, perfect for spending time together. Perfect for exploring Étretat, Honfleur, Fécamp, Veules-les-Roses...

'Le Citron' 🍋

You will stay in our renovated tiny house, with Wi-Fi, for 2 guests only. Babies and pets not allowed. Located at the back of an enclosed garden, in a quiet and sheltered spot, it is self-contained with a private entrance. Le Citron operates as a self-catering cottage without breakfast. Also located on the same property is Maison Grand Sable, our guest house where breakfast is included and served on the veranda. Two different experiences, depending on how you choose to enjoy your stay.

In the heart of Veules-les-Roses (voted the most beautiful village in Seine-Maritime, 6th most beautiful village in France, smallest river in France). Your garden? The heart of the village and the beach 300 m away.

Cocooning Country House

Country house in the heart of nature with a large garden. Very quiet environment 10 minutes from the beaches, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. One of the most beautiful villages in France, Veules-les-Roses, is 5 km away. The property has a parking space. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed on the upstairs landing. A large living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, as well as a veranda where life is good. 1 bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor.

The Bread Oven

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

A jewel of the Normandy coast... Veules-les-Roses! Seaside, professional or cultural stopover in this 58 m2 apartment located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the village center on foot and 10 minutes from the sea, not far from the watering hole and Avenue des Champs Elysées, leading you directly to the beach. On the ground floor under the porch, it includes a beautiful living room, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with double bed and beautiful shower room.

Enclosed garden (700 m²) with terraces including 1 covered with barbecue, deckchairs, swing, ping-pong. Ideal for families or friends for a relaxing stay between the sea and the countryside!

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Please let me know if you need a different duration

Tastefully renovated fisherman's house in Veules les Roses, the prettiest village in France, in a quiet street 150 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the Veules tourist circuit (smallest river in France) and close to all shops accessible in a few minutes walk (restaurants, shops, grocery stores, butcher, bakery). July August minimum 5-day rental DISINFECTION between each tenant SUPERVISED by a NURSE. Linens and towels are provided
