The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rorbua. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Great opportunities to go mountain hiking nearby, or try your luck with fishing. Welcome to our charming cottage, built in classic Lofoten style, inspired by the traditional wooden houses of Northern Norway. Here you get a perfect combination of rustic coastal charm and modern comfort – ideal as a base for nature experiences, family fun or just total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is well suited for children or young people.

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). We generally close the cabin in the winter, but if you would like to visit Lofoten in the winter, please send us a request and we can discuss.
