Lovely little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely commercial town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafes and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the roaring North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

Come and experience the at times roaring North Sea, good fishing opportunities and good hiking/running trails. Free access to pool, from Easter week 42 minigolf, tennis court and playground. Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be put together to double bed. Lovely bathroom w/shower. Kitchen which is combined with the living roomwhere there is new furniture and sofa bed. Make some great memories in this unique and family-friendly home close to all the great amenities in Himmerland such as golf, paddle, football, tennis, spa, sup board, sauna, swimming in lake, water park and delicious food in the restaurants, etc. There are 6 bath towels and 3 towels for the hangers included in the rent. Only to be used in the house, so bring the rest yourself. (Beach, lake, etc.) Bed linen - one set per person is included in the rent. Enjoy the view of the Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the boardwalk or use the house's bikes 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is totally refurbished and is located in a nice natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at nearby Campground - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is about 68m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room/living room, as well as bathroom. 1st floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Large cottage in scenic Agger with room for the whole family and a view to Lodbjerg Lighthouse / National Park Thy. Wilderness bath, outdoor shower and shelter in the backyard. Walking distance to the North Sea and the fjord. Relax in one of Thy's most original coastal towns, where there are most locals. We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!

A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

The beautiful North Sea is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment♥️♥️
