Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vesterhavet

We were in Jacob's beautiful house for the third time. Now in spring, the garden is particularly colourful and beautiful! It was super relaxed again and it really has everything you need. Thank you also for the nice and uncomplicated communication! We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic place and surroundings. Beautiful and peaceful with close to beach and bar. The hot tub in the evening light overlooking the sea was a wonderful meditative experience. Everything was just as good as we had wished. Will gladly come again!

We were 9 people in the most diverse age groups in the house and everyone immediately felt very comfortable! The house is well equipped and we didn't lack anything. Communication was super fast and very friendly. The house is quietly located. You can take beautiful trips by car, and the beach in front of the door is also beautiful and quiet with the dunes. We would come back. Thank you!

We have enjoyed Easter in Jan's lovely cottage with a fantastic location in Ballen. The house is 2 minutes from Ballen harbour, so it was super easy to get to Ballen's cozy and good eateries. There is both morning and evening sun on the large terrace, which we also enjoyed. The house is nice, bright, clean and in great condition. The beds are really good. This is not the last time we rent Jan's cottage.

We had a really good stay at Lene's. Beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us: we were 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 5, 8 and 13. We were particularly happy to be able to go down to the beach and swim in a few minutes. For the hot tub and sauna, which worked perfectly (Lene had made good and precise instructions for use). Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean everywhere. Enclosed garden where children can play safely and well. Very welcoming and responsive host, who among other things gave tips to visit the fish house. We'd love to come back another time.

There were three of us and there were dogs in this property. The photos do not do justice to this beautiful cottage, everything was clean, spacious and for us as dog owners, the large fenced garden was the highlight. Relaxation is provided by the sauna, jacuzzi and cozy outdoor area. In addition, the landscape is magnificent and you only need 15 minutes to the beach. The reception was very warm and you always have the opportunity to get an answer quickly if you have any questions. We will definitely be back :)

Elin was super welcoming and hospitable. If you are looking for a quiet environment far out in the countryside, the farm is the perfect place - and Elin is a very sympathetic and lively host. We will definitely be back.

There were four of us + toddler in Stephan's accommodation and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is beautiful and quiet, absolutely sparkling clean and incredibly well equipped. This is where you can only feel comfortable!

Very nice and tastefully furnished holiday home. No unnecessary things and super cozy. The winter garden is particularly beautiful and there are also opportunities to sit outside. The water is a short walk away and offers a jetty with stairs into the water and a small beach. It is wonderfully quiet there. Fåborg and Odense and also various islands are nearby for excursions. Very dear and easily accessible hosts. We recommend the accommodation without reservation.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment and the outdoor area with the many cozy seating furniture is a dream. The facilities are very good and extensive, even in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for 2 nights, but would have liked to stay longer. The friendly welcome and communication made our stay there a perfect experience.

Perfect location in lovely Lønstrup. Ocean view. 2 minute walk to the beach. The cozy city street right outside the door. Lovely terrace. Lovely stay.

A wonderful accommodation with a fantastic panoramic window overlooking the archipelago. You can sit on the sofa for hours and watch - very relaxing and slowing down. The apartment had everything you need and is very cozy and tastefully decorated. In addition, Markus is a super friendly and helpful host who had some tips for activities in the area. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights, we would have liked to have spent a few more days there.

Nice little house with what you need. The garden was nice, although it was noisy when cars were driving on the road. Nice terrace area, where we could easily find shelter.

Our stay at the apartment was completely successful! The accommodation was very clean and excellently equipped – it really had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The contact with Sabine was extremely nice and uncomplicated, and we also received helpful tips for excursions and the area from the manager of the complex. We especially liked the large pool, which was ideal for relaxing after our cycling and hiking tours. We found the location to be ideal as a starting point for bike tours. We can fully recommend this property and would love to come back anytime!

really nice summerhouse, well decorated and nice that you can see Gudenåen by just walking a few meters away from the house. very fun with mini golf and badminton. highly recommended for 2-3 couples as well as children.

We had some lovely days in the small townhouse. The kids loved the playground and playing mini golf.

The apartment is nicely located in a cul-de-sac, ideal if the dog has to get out, you are right in the Feldmark. Swimming pool and sauna(small but good and quick to use) are a pleasant goodie. For people who have to climb stairs, a little difficult, but irrelevant to us. Nice bathroom, cozy beds.

Very friendly hosts - would highly recommend staying here! Description and pictures are very accurate - small and cozy! Cooking in the kitchen was tight but my wife and I managed to make some easy meals during our stay. Shower is outdoors but very private, great water pressure and hot so even on the colder days it was very pleasant. Not a ton to do in the specific area but very easy drive to Kristiansand and Mandal if you are looking for more shops and restaurants. Beautiful place very close to the beach!
