Holiday rentals with a patio in Vestavia Hills

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The lake and park are very nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Lots of supplies were provided by the host. The back porch is nice to sit on and is private.

The condo itself was the nicest and most well stocked/furnished Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The space looks exactly like the photos. It was clean. There were great amenities. It was close to downtown which was convenient for a business trip. The only very minor suggestion I have is to consider stocking shampoo and shower gel. There were so many other things available like coffee, coffee flavorings, laundry detergent and lotion that it seemed odd not to have shower basics. But overall I would stay here again if I have to return for work.

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at RaQuitta’s place. We came up for a baseball tournament and It was in the perfect location between the several ball parks that we played at during the week. RaQuitta is a great host and super responsive if needed. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again should we be in the area!

Great location with plenty of room for my family. House was well maintained and stocked with all the extras (blankets, towels, pillows, air matress). Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We did get to see several of the wild turkeys which the kids though were pretty cool.

This was exactly what our family was looking for as we traveled on to FL. It was clean, spacious, and had what was needed for our group. The evening and morning was peaceful and gave us a great time together. Would definitely stay again.

Mary accommodated us at the spur of a moment and even at a late time! We had no intentions of renting an Airbnb but there were no hotels to accommodate my family of six. Honestly, the best thing that could have happened was to not be accommodated by the hotels. I’d much rather have this experience anyhow. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and such a peaceful place outside of town but close enough to get to many places within five to ten minutes. Thank you, Mary! We appreciate you!

A GEM of a place! I stayed for one night with my baby and puppy. This is an incredible airbnb for a family to stay! The nursery had toys that my son thought were put there just for him (it really felt that way!) I didn't have to pull out our travel crib because THERE IS A CRIB! The hosts were very helpful and available and accommodating. Luxurious linens, comfortable furniture and beds. Stunning neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent stay! Hosts communicated and provided tons of information. House was very cozy, game room fun. We had a large party staying and were very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Was priced great, clean and had everything we needed

Suzy was an amazing host! The house was completely gorgeous and more than worth the money. There’s ton to do within walking distance of the homestead. We did have a small issue with the AC, but Suzy jump in and got right on it and literally had a company out within 1 hr. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
