It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. This 50 m2 accommodation is located in Germaine in a farmhouse surrounded by pastures and forests in the heart of the Reims Mountain Regional Natural Park, ideally located between Reims and Epernay. The setting is exceptional to recharge your batteries, to walk around in the forest. The apartment is part of a farm building with several independent cottages. It consists of a large bedroom, a seating area and kitchen, a bathroom, and toilets.

The accommodation is classified as a 3-star "tourist accommodation". It is very spacious and has 2 living rooms (one large and one smaller) allowing everyone to find their space! It was completely refurbished in 2020. 2 sofa beds are available in the lounges (140 cm wide). An extra bed for one person is available. Sheets are provided but not towels. The inner courtyard can be used by the occupants of the cottage, it is totally private.
