Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vertou

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Nice studio very well located on the 4th floor, very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very close to the city centre and buses and trams. To recommend

Very nice apartment and very pleasant environment. Nearby public transport to get to the city center (15 min), many amenities and very friendly and proactive host. We had a great stay at Alain and Blandine's house. The place is full of character, very well maintained, perfect for a group of people or for a family. It is also very well equipped. Alain and Blandine were also very considerate, accommodating, responsive, and spontaneously offered ideas for outings in the area. I would recommend this place without a second thought.

We had a very short stay, a weekend for a wedding, in Rodolphe and Laëtitia's cottage, and we are delighted! The accommodation is completely in line with the description, our host was very welcoming and was even able to recommend a restaurant and pizzeria because we arrived late. The cottage is very nice, with a beautiful terrace that we were even able to enjoy for meals and morning coffees because the weather was very mild. A big plus for the bedding and the size of the beds in general, we slept very well. Rodolphe and Laëtitia are very available and we were able to arrive and leave at our ease because they were very flexible on the time. I recommend it!

Very pleasant and very convenient accommodation. We enjoyed the proximity to the banks of Sèvre Nantaise for beautiful walks. Christelle advised us very well on arrival for all practical aspects for the house and for shops and activities in the surroundings. We had a lovely stay.

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
