Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

In a charming little village, the Chalet de TINTIN is ideal for a stopover close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. But also, the lakes seen from the sky from a hot air balloon, a little sport, such as golf, tree climbing, equestrian center, canoeing, skydiving, first flight and entertainment at the Nigloland amusement park... without forgetting the Mac Arthur Glen brand village

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

In the heart of the Côte des Bars, in the small village of Proverville adjacent to the city of Bar sur Aube, this apartment is close to NIGLOLAND Park (10 km), the Charles de Gaulle Memorial (15 km), the Champagne Lakes (Orient, Der, etc...), Troyes and its factory outlets (50 km). You will find all the amenities for a green and pleasant stay.
