Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box spring beds, and a pellet stove await for the cool mountain evenings. Ideal for those who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

The Marché Tower

A charming house with a renovated tower with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is located in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed. There is also a baby bed on site. Come and relax in the heart of the Massif Central, nature and all summer activities await you.

The house is 8 minutes by car from the Col du Pas de Peyrol, 5 minutes from the Nordic resort of Col de Serre and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
