Le studio est situé à l’étage de notre maison et dispose de sa propre entrée extérieure. Parfait cocon à 15 minutes de Lille. Nous mettons également à disposition un lit bébé. Nous proposons aussi un petit déjeuner de saisons et fait à base de produits locaux pour 10€/personne.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

You are independent: the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and lounge, TV, stereo and office area which is extended by a balcony with table and chairs. It is less than 10 minutes from the Franco-Belgian border, less than an hour from Bruges or the sea and about 20 km from Lille (A bus stop located 3 minutes' walk away allows you to get there without taking the car)
