Monthly Rentals in Vergt-de-Biron

We are very happy with this family stay in the chalet, which is very well equipped (games, books...). The beds are comfortable, the terrace spacious and well furnished. The fiber internet connection is excellent, which is nice. Only small downside that is not the responsibility of the hosts, one or more neighbors' dogs bark regularly, but this did not spoil our vacation.

Set in a delightful elevated position this comfortable property is set in a large well managed garden giving good long views out across a densely wooded landscape. Claudie the owner is discreet but very welcoming and obviously enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the property, its extensive colourful garden, the surrounding countryside and its wildlife. We were also given a fascinating insight into Gavaudun's industrial past, much of which is now lost to view. A great location for enthusiastic walkers and proficient cyclists.

Sandra and Francis' cottage is a haven of peace in a beautiful environment, at the foot of the beautiful Biron Castle. The house is very pleasant to live in, beautifully decorated, and turned towards a large garden conducive to rest and disconnection. You will find in Biron a cafe, a delicious delicatessen, a Romanesque church... and this charming village is located a few km from Montpazier a city where it is good to stroll at the end of the day in the small alleys of the old town or have a pot in the central square of the village! The nature that surrounds the cottage is wonderful... We were delighted by our stay, and would like to thank Sandra and Francis warmly for hosting us! We hope to be back! See you soon!

A beautiful house with everything we needed in a very peaceful hamlet.We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and exploring the local area.
