What a wonderful stay we had. The space is so clean and every amenity is thought of. Comfortable beds, great showers, and very close to Middlebury. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more, but that will be for next time!

Dutton’s place was perfect. We came for Middlebury’s commencement with our 6 year old and the location was excellent and quiet. Our son loved how cozy it was. The kitchen was really great to have on such a busy weekend. Dutton was super flexible and helpful too, letting us stay a few extra hours so our grad could finishing packing up her room. The bed was firm, just good to know. We all slept well. Absolutely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous place in a prime location on Main St! It was exactly what we wanted and needed for our stay in this fabulous little town. The place was absolutely stunning inside, beautifully decorated and even more beautiful in person. The cute little porch was a lovely bonus. The beds and linens were so comfortable! And there was even a washer. It had everything we needed…there was even coffee and salt and pepper grinders. All the details were covered! Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back!

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Sitting on the porch swing and watching the ferries come in and out was so relaxing, after a long day of bike riding on the Empire Trail. The inside was lovely too - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed - comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of coffee, and nice sitting area. It was just perfect!! Couldn't recommend it any more highly.
