Condo holiday rentals in Verdun

The apartment was beautiful, calm, quiet and bright. My bed was very comfortable. The roof deck was spectacular! There is also a convenient outdoor eating area near the kitchen. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Simon provided detailed parking instructions in advance which I recommend reading carefully since parking can be difficult in the area. The neighborhood is vibrant and very walkable. I would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Julie’s! She is super friendly and provided us with everything we needed! She was also flexible and let us check in a bit earlier due to a timing conflict.

A studio that fits a lot in a great location. The studio is tastefully remodeled. Property manager needs to manage it with a closer look since the cleaning is leaving unfinished laundry in the dryer. All supplies cluttered in thr house. As an Airbnb host myself, I understand how much work it gets into the management. I must give a 5 star review for it’s particularly harder for a small place. Good luck! But I won’t come again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé sous la maison des hôtes. Il est un peu excentré du centre ville mais il y a le métro à 5/10 min à pied. Le logement était très propre et conforme aux photos. Nous avions le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le logement était calme (juste le bruit des pas au-dessus le matin et le soir mais cela restait correct).

We have spent more than 3 weeks in the apartment as a family of 3 and not for a second we've felt that anything was missing. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Not having a metro station in a walking distance was slightly inconvenient, there're multiple bus lines operating in the area, so you can get around the city relatively fast. Florance has been incredible helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Definitely recommend!

Nag was an incredibly proactive and responsive host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The space was well kept and had everything you would need for a short/long term stay. I was very impressed by how beautiful the location was for the cost. There is lush greenery all around the area, transit/city bikes were near by and parking was provided - a huge bonus in Montreal.

Très bel appartement. Le plafond et la douche sont un peu bas. L'appartement est très propre. Le lit est confortable. Le secteur est très tranquille et sécuritaire.

Brand new apartment building next to Metro station. 10 minutes to downtown without downtown prices. Walkable distance to mall with supermarket. Landscaping work still in progress so some minor noises inevitable. For those who intend to make meals - full function kitchenette with top notch appliances.

Nancy's place felt a lot like home. The location cool and the place is definitely better in person (though in photos it already looks amazing). It also felt mostly central since most of the "sights" are in touristy areas, this place was tucked away perfectly in peaceful neighborhood. A fan of the bedding and linen and towels too--in case anyone cares about that...And she also had a binder of recs that were helpful for us too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in a boho style, creating a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive to all my questions, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! 😊

Clean place to stay and everything working. Deli close by for good poutine and Montreal style sandwiches. Mall close by with IGA, Shoppers Drug mart, Tim Hortons and Metro Transit stop

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Bel appartement confortable et calme, un peu excentré du centre ville et du vieux Montréal mais facile d'accès grâce aux nombreux transports en commun. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages avant le check in. Merci à Chris d'avoir été arrangeant. Seul petit bémol la douche qui inondait un peu le sol de la salle de bain. Ce serait bien d'y remédier et tout serait parfait.

Ali was a wonderful host & our stay was great. The place was perfect and accommodated all our needs. The location is near lots of outdoor areas and trains so it was very convenient.

Husband and I traveled for a short babymoon to the Montreal area. We liked the city, but loved the small town feel of St. Hillaire and Beloiel and the coziness of the room at Brigitte's. she was very responsive and checked in half way through our stay. Overall a great trip and place to stay for a few days!

Amazing place!! Gaelle is the ideal Air BnB hostess. She was responsive, easygoing, accommodating, and friendly. She was a pleasure to work with. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and she responded to any questions right away which I was very thankful for! The place is an absolute gem! Super clean, sleek modern decor, great kitchen, comfortable furniture, and two super nice bathrooms. The bathtub is huge!! The location is very nice, there is a cafe across the street for coffee and the area is very sleek and feels very safe and upscale. There is a nice grocery store very close as well. The wifi was very fast (if you use the 5G)! I loved the city view from the windows. There are small walk out balconies as well. Thanks so much to Gaelle for letting us stay in this gem!! You made our trip awesome!! I hope to visit Montreal again!

We had an amazing stay at Jacqueline’s house! The home is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every room was well-equipped, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space feel like a home away from home. Jacqueline was a fantastic host. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to any questions we had and provided helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made our stay special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jacqueline’s place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Mi esposo mi hijo y yo nos alojamos en este encantador apartamento Montreal y no podría estar más satisfecho con mi experiencia. Desde el momento de la reservación, Sofia fue extremadamente amable y receptivo, tenia una petición especial y ella sin dudarlo me ayudo. Comunicación contante, super amable y empatíca. Fati fue muy paciente y amable. El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, a 15 min a pie de el Viejo Montreal y la Basílica de Notre-Dame. También hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafés y cerca de las tiendas de ropa en Saint Catherine. El espacio en sí es acogedor y muy bien decorado, con un estilo moderno y cómodo. La cocina esta muy linda y equipada. El departamento estaba impecable , y no hay ruidos de vecinos. Me encanto el sistema de el elevador , nunca tienes que esperar porque hay varios elevadores. La vista es espectacular y el edificio es seguro y moderno. Agradecemos infinitamente la atención de Sofia y Fati ! Un hospedaje super recomendable!

We had a great stay at Rim's place. It featured amazing views and beautiful, clean, modern features. The amenities (exercise room, pool, hot tub) were wonderful. Centrally located, the apartment is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and sites. Rim was very responsive and helpful. Communication was proactive and almost immediate. We had a minor issue with a drain that got stuck, and Rim arranged to have it fixed right away. When we come back to Montreal, we will definitely choose to stay with Rim again in this excellent place. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Rim’s place was wonderful. The building has truly 5 star amenities including a hot tub and pool, along with many community spaces great for remote work. My favorite was the sky lounge on the 55th floor, with wrap around windows overlooking all of Montreal and beyond. Convenient to everywhere with the metro across the street, this is a great place to experience Montreal and all of its wonders. Montreal is truly one of the world’s greatest cities.
