Waterfront holiday rentals in Verdun

My husband and I were looking to get away from the noise of our busy town and enjoy a trip to Montreal. This place is situated near enough the city to enjoy entertainment, restaurants, and events there while also being far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of a lake house. Gorgeous sunrise views. We very much enjoyed watching nature and taking in the fresh air and light over morning coffee near the picuture window. Would stay again!

Amazing apartment in an amazing location. You can walk to so many great spots, you’re very close to the waterfront, restaraunt, bakeries, shopping, science centre for kids. The apartment was easy to access, very clean and Loic responded very quickly to any of our questions. If we are in Montreal again we will definitely stay there.

Very nice location accommodated a party of 9 very easily. Lots of sleeping areas, bathrooms and big kitchen/outside BBQ for cooking. Overall great value for large groups. Location wise a bit far from downtown Montreal but Uber easily accessible. Might have difficult time getting back to Laval late at night as some drivers in Montreal doesn’t service Laval. There were some necessity like shampoo, shower gel, paper towel, scrubbers missing. So we purchased our own during the stay. Would recommend host to provide some for future guests.

Beautiful place. Despite the exterior renovations, the interior was super tidy and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom pristine and the kitchen very convenient. The river view needs to be better during the summer.

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).

There were so many good things i dont even know where to start. Both Priscilla and her boyfriend were extreamly kind, generous, fun and welcoming. Their dogs were very playful/friendly, my boyfriend and i got very attached to them after only a couple days. They let us use their own kitchen ingredients, gave us many gifts and shared everything in their home. Both of them were delightful and very fun to speak to. The washroom was very nice, a bit small but it was designed extreamly well and beautifully. The house itself was the most beautiful home i've ever seen. Every inch was decorated with plants flowers and different nic nacs. There were stunning lights, games and a large movie set up downstairs. There's also a beautiful little garden outside the kitchen. The location is very close to the lake side and it's a bit far from the downtown area but the house is totally worth it. Theres no garbage bin in the room so it may be a good idea to bring a bag. Christian is an excellent host—generous, attentive, and responsive. He provides great advice and is constantly thoughtful and caring. With him, I rediscovered the joy of my early Airbnb experiences, where hosts played a genuine role in welcoming guests and guiding them in exploring the city. The accommodation is ideally located in a trendy and charming neighborhood. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, yet the room overlooking the garden is immersed in absolute tranquility.

We stayed with Shack for a weekend in February. Snow was stacked up, but he made sure we had a clear parking space. The home was lovely, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. One thing that was in the listing that we didn't see was a way to charge our electric car, but that plug in may have been hidden by all the snow. Otherwise, our stay was great.

I loved the neighborhood, it was beautiful and very peaceful. It was a basement and very clean. The kitchen and toilet was tidy neat and orderly, the entire apartment was very clean.

I stayed here 3 times, during my visits in Montreal, in 2023 and 2024. Beautiful place, clean, amazing host. Thank you, this is my place to stay in Montreal!
