Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Verdun

An attractive 18th century house, cosily furnished and equipped with all comforts. The garden is beautiful, with all kinds of places to sit. There is even an orchard and nice animals running around. The reception was very warm with a glass of homemade apple juice. Inside, fruits from our own garden were waiting for us. During the week, we saw Bernard and Faustine regularly and that was always a pleasant experience. Having a chat in coal French, it never became intrusive. In short, it was a great week in a region where you don't have to go for all kinds of wild attractions. It's especially very quiet.

We spent wonderful last vacation days in this nice cottage! Emmanuelle was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the cottage was fully equipped. A big plus: the dishwasher. The shower was also surprisingly nice – good jet. The swimming pool was really enjoyable, especially on a warm, sunny day. We were able to relax in the garden, have a drink, barbecue and enjoy the tranquility around us. Also top in terms of location: the supermarket and a good bakery are only 4 minutes away, so everything is within reach. In short: a comfortable, complete and quiet stay. We'd love to come back here again! 🌞

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed being in a very clean, functional and peaceful place. Sandrine was very responsive by message and welcomed us. I would recommend it in a second!

Exceptional, comfortable and a peaceful place to stay. Easy access by car to many forts and memorials in the area. Communication - Hedwige was always available if i needed to contact, this is somewhere I would love to return again.

We were warmly welcomed by Joe's parents. The car park makes it easy to park, the city centre is within walking distance. The apartment matches the photos, it was exemplary clean. In short, a very good place, don't hesitate.

Oliver is a fantastic host and his apartment was brilliant for our stay. It is conveniently located to explore Verdun and the battlefields in the area. The apartment has great facilities and on street parking was always available with the street being quiet. We would love to come back.

A clean and very well decorated space, down to the slightest detail. It really feels like the Lord of the Rings universe. In the center, everything is within walking distance which is very nice. We had a wonderful stay!

Jean Baptiste is an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from Place Stanislas, yet it's quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a washer/dryer. When I visited there was a three day heat wave (temperatures 32 C or 90 F) , but the bedroom remained cool and comfortable thanks to the thick stone construction of the building.

Michael's place is amazing! Tidy, clean, tastefully decorated. It corresponds perfectly to the photos and is also extremely well located in relation to the city centre (the Sainte-Etienne cathedral is at the end of the street!!). The bubble bath is also a big plus. Michael is very responsive and gives you all the instructions clearly and without having to ask. I would sincerely recommend this listing! We will certainly come back if we return to Metz one day!
