The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in the Carinthian Nock Mountains in the town center in the immediate vicinity of the lake. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort with two thermal baths is 10 minutes away by car. For sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, ski tours, paragliding, ice skating. 40 minutes to Italy and Slovenia.

The one-room apartment is located in a 200-year-old house that used to house a carpentry shop. It is located right in the heart of Treffen and the central location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Carinthia but also for day trips to Italy and Slovenia.
