The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, bedroom with loft bed and 1.5-size sofa bed, two bathrooms, three terraces and garage. Possibility to use a double sofa bed in the large living room. Located in a residential area 300 meters from the Walls of Lucca and 50 meters from the train station. The historic center is within walking distance.

It is located on the mezzanine floor of an ancient building where Santa Gemma Galgani received the stigmata. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, total privacy, includes a small internal courtyard where you can spend your time outdoors. Upon arrival you are asked for a small cash contribution of €8 per day for AC in summer or heating in winter.
