Bienvenue dans notre gîte 3 étoiles 'An Kay Ou', logement atypique et chaleureux, où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison! Aux portes du Diois et du Vercors, vous y trouverez un environnement paisible et familial et de nombreuses activités accessibles à pied: baignades, balades et randonnées. Vous serez logés dans une maison du XVIIIe fraichement rénovée, au cœur du village, avec un jardin et une terrasse privative pour vos moments détente, face à la rivière Drôme et ses reliefs.

Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

The Domaine Thym et Romarin, a nature gîte open year-round, is a house attached to our living space but totally independent. It is located on an atypical estate of 5000 m², with furnished terraces. On sunny days, our free-access swimming pool with stunning views of the 3 Becs mountain, without any overlooking, in order to fully enjoy this authentic nature. In the off season, nature takes on beautiful colors, and in the evening a wood stove provides warmth and relaxation

Le logement dispose d'une terrasse privative et un grand parc partagé avec les habitants de la propriété. L'été vous bénéficierez du confort de la climatisation et d'un salon de jardin. Si vous venez en famille avec votre bébé, nous avons tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit à barreau, baignoire, tapis de jeu, transat...). Le gîte est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Die, et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous mettons également à disposition des voyageurs des vélos.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
