On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Between Drôme and Vercors mountains, your refuge is located in the heart of nature, in the small town of Gigors-et-Lozeron. You can also explore the surroundings, up to Die and its Clairette, or the extraordinary synclinal perched in Saoû!
