Holiday rentals with a balcony in Verbania

Giovanni was lovely, very communicative and helpful, and particularly helpful for taking me and my family to and from the airport for €20 per trip. It was the perfect place to stay before our flight, very peaceful yet close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, very family-friendly, excellent and super nice communication with the hosts in German and English. Monthly ticket for the ferry (from Baveno or Stresa) also recommended for a several day stay, is then cheaper than single tickets. Free parking in Baveno possible (many parking options). In the evening, all the shops on the island are closed and only the expensive restaurants are open. We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼

Very nice mountain view, nice apartment, cute little balcony, in a charming and peaceful little village.

Me , my husband and our 3 year old had 4 nights in this lovely home, it was the perfect stay all very clean and tidy our host was so lovely and it was really easy from start to finish! The kitchen is so cute and the shower is amazing very clean and super comfortable stay! 2 minute walk and your at the lake amazing views and the little town is so gorgeous lots of friendly locals & delicious coffee and treats right on your doorstep! very well located, only downside parking. it's great to have parking inside but it's really hard to park with a big car ( lots of maneuvers) but it's largely compensated by everything else

Accommodation booked for one of our employees, stay went well. Everything is perfect, recommended

A cottage with a lot of privacy and a unique view at any time of the day. Wonderful morning sun for breakfast and pleasant shade spots in the afternoon. The pool is a real enrichment on hot days and we used it daily. Since the bedrooms are on the lower floor, they were pleasantly cool even in high summer! Only the many mosquitoes disturb the sleep, be sure to pack good mosquito spray. The accommodation has everything you need and is very clean. We will be happy to come back!!
